By placing an order, accessing promotional links, or utilizing any services provided by Vantrek Tactical Operations (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Commercial Offer & Pricing Policies

All promotional packages, bundle tiers, and discount allocations displayed on this site represent limited promotional terms subject to active regional inventory allocations. Advertised prices (e.g., 1-Pack at $79.95, 2-Pack at $138.99, 3-Pack at $177.99, and 4-Pack Fleet Kit at $196.00) reflect discounted pricing off standard retail MSRP. We reserve the right to modify promotional rates, expire discounts, or discontinue bundles without prior notice. Applicable shipping, handling, and regional taxes will be calculated and clearly displayed during final merchant checkout.

2. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are transmitted for fulfillment to regional warehouse facilities upon credit card or payment authorization. While warehouse teams endeavor to process dispatches expeditiously, delivery timeframes depend on regional customs clearance, carrier routing schedules, and destination geography. Carrier tracking information is automatically provided electronically once postage labels are generated.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H)

Every genuine Vantrek X1 unit is backed by our standard 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H). If you are unsatisfied with your smartwatch for any reason, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer care department (support@vantrek.org) within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Returned items must be packed securely with all original accessories, including the armored charging dock, silicone strap, and documentation. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection at our fulfillment facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment card, minus shipping and handling charges.

4. Non-Medical Device Disclaimer

The Vantrek X1 is a high-performance consumer tactical smartwatch engineered for recreational outdoor utility, athletic performance tracking, and personal convenience. The Vantrek X1 is not a medical device and has not been certified or evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or European Medicines Agency for diagnostic, clinical, therapeutic, or medical recovery applications.

Optical sensors (heart rate, blood oxygen estimations, sleep telemetry) are calibrated for recreational fitness guidance only and must not be used to diagnose, monitor, treat, or prevent cardiac abnormalities, hypertension, or any medical condition. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or certified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All graphic assets, technical schematics, logos, product copy, and UI layouts displayed on vantrek.org are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, scraping, or commercial exploitation without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vantrek Tactical Operations and its suppliers, affiliates, and fulfillment partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the device, battery lifespan variations under extreme conditions, or reliance on tactical sensor readouts during extreme outdoor expeditions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal statutes of the United States of America. Any controversy or claim arising from these terms or purchase transactions shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
